Case studies

What this looks like in a real department.

Each one names the setting, the period and the size of the deployment, and says plainly what was measured and what was reported. None of them describes our whole customer base.

Why some of these have numbers and some do not

Two of these are independent evaluations with stated denominators. The rest are accounts from the organisations themselves, without a pre-deployment baseline to compare against. We label which is which rather than presenting them as the same thing, and where an organisation has estimated a saving we say so it is their estimate.

If you want a saving figure for your own organisation, it has to be built from your data, not ours. Build your business case sets out the assumptions we would use and what you would need to check locally.
