Partners
Your service, everywhere the conversation happens.
Interpreting covers the conversations it is called for, and good providers do that well. Partner with us and your service also shows up in the moments nobody places a call for – with the assured content, accessible formats and outcome data a modern tender asks for.
Provider-neutral and non-exclusive. The healthcare organisation names its approved providers and routing rules – we make sure yours is one tap from the bedside.
Who we partner with
A note for language service providers before anything else: we send calls to you, not away from you. Every interpreter escalation placed through CardMedic is a call your network answers and bills for, and volumes rise as deployments scale. Our licence to the customer is fixed and does not rise with minutes, so we have no reason to keep a conversation from a human and every reason to make reaching one quick enough that staff actually do it. We also do not present your service as ours. Clinicians know whose interpreters they are reaching, so you keep the recognition that comes with answering the call rather than disappearing into our interface.
Already working this way
These are the integrations we are able to name publicly, live in NHS organisations today.
We connect to other language service providers in live deployments as well. Whether a provider is named here is their decision and their customer’s, not ours – so this list reflects permission, not the number of providers we work with.
-
LanguageLine Solutions
Professional interpreting reached from inside the clinical workflow.
-
Spark TSL
Bringing accessible communication to the bedside screens patients already have in front of them.
-
Concentric Health
Digital consent is theirs, not ours. We handle the conversation that has to happen first, so understanding is real before a decision is recorded.
How a partnership actually runs
We prioritise partners ready to name target customers, fund the commercial and technical work, and take a measurable proposition to market. Integration on its own is not the outcome, and a logo exchange is not a partnership.
- 01
Name the customer
We start from a real account and a real requirement, not a memorandum of understanding.
- 02
Connect the two services
Documented integration under agreement. Weeks, not quarters, when both sides fund the work.
- 03
Take it to market together
A joint proposition with agreed messaging, pricing and who does what in the bid.
- 04
Measure and publish
Adoption, escalation and outcome data both parties can stand behind in the next tender.
Built to the hardest standard
Built where the bar is highest, so the standard travels with it.
CardMedic was built inside acute NHS care, where a misunderstood instruction is a patient safety incident and every claim is examined by clinical governance, information governance and procurement before anyone signs anything.
That is a slow, demanding place to build. It is also the reason the platform arrives in your market already carrying assurance that would otherwise take years to establish.
The same principle a defence or aerospace engineer would recognise: qualify against the most demanding requirement, and the adjacent ones are already met.
How we work with others
Communication in healthcare is not a market to be won. It is a shared responsibility, and it works best when interpreters, technology suppliers and healthcare organisations behave as though the patient is the point. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to, and we are content to be judged against them.
The last two are not a threat. They are the same standard we invite healthcare organisations to hold us to, and we would rather state it openly than act on it quietly.
Bring us a customer and a problem.
Tell us the account, the requirement and the date it has to be answered by. We will tell you honestly whether we can help and what it would take.
