Putting institutional preferences and patient safety first, the solution is already active across several NHS trusts, including University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, Stockport NHS Foundation Trust, Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust and others. It is expanding to support healthcare systems seeking faster, more reliable interpreter access with their preferred language partners.
The partnership addresses the gap between patients needing language support and staff being able to access it quickly and consistently.
